5 Habits That Will Keep Your Body Just Fit Enough
There’s been so many debates on the so called do’s and don’t on Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, well without further adieu, that being said, it is not an easy task in keeping to any rule on healthy-life-style . But i believe that ,on reading this article , you should have a seamless transmission to living healthy…, well if you had not, but if you have; this article could only make it better. It’s not something you should start out once and forget about. It calls for a strict compliance and an immense amount of discipline, bundled with patience, through-out once’s life.

1 Plan your Day; starting with your morning
In any human’s life(well obviously…)- the day starts ON with a good morning feeling; taking it to note that your body has just gotten revitalised. That’s why it is highly essential and recommended to develop a routine, or systematic approach; discover it, set it, maintain it, and use it as an asset to defeat tomorrow.

Tip- You could simply go with these: getting up, stretching out a little, wash your mouth, do a little Exercise, have your meal(Break-fast), and of course, if you still got time, do some yoga and you’re good to go for whatever comes your way.

2 Eating Healthy
Well without saying much; Even a lay-man would understand the priority that should and must be placed on Eating…, Hey, pause, it doesn’t just stop there:”As emphasis must be placed on the fact that it’s not just all about eating alone”, one should watch the way they eat, how one eats and what they eat.
Tip- In the morning, Start by taking a glass of water, later on have some fruits, and lastly take something not too light and not too heavy; Bread and Eggs, Bread-Toast, Rich Cereals… Note:”deal with more of proteins, and less carbohydrates!”.

3 Avoid Siting, And Being Idle Always; By walking, moving, jogging,or exercising more frequently
As this helps to constantly warm-up the body and keep it in shape, also note that it can have little effects on psychology; as discoveries have proven that exercise makes one feel alive and keeps one happy. It’s also good to note that it keeps the energy level high and helps keep skin healthy, good for muscle and bones, it doesn’t end there, it also reduces risk of chronic diseases and many more.


Tip– Try to exercise at least three times a week, spend time out-door, take a walk or a stroll.

4 Drinking And Staying Hydrated
Like i earlier stated, one can not avoid the intake of water,infact Not drinking enough water can lead to mental and physical fatigue. drinking more water throughout the day can help you lose weight. Many might not fancy the idea of drinking water, and may end up placing emphasis on eating, which is a wrong onus.

5 Having Enough Sleep And a Good Time Rest
Well during the day, try to find time to observe ‘siesta’; by Events, some of us might not find that interesting to do, well of course, probably our work schedule or activities.
if then, it is essential not to gamble or negotiate with a good night rest, whether we do sleep during leisure in the day or not,one must put priority on having good night rest
TIP- Try to manage all activities during the day, take a bath to relax and soothe fatigued muscles, take a glass of water after meal before sleeping:“Ensuring you do not sleep on an empty stomach.
